SMARTAPOWERING BUSINESSES FOR LESS
Multi-site · C&I · Over 100 MWh

Multi-site Brisbane energy broker — tender to the C&I panel, bank the saving.

If you've got multiple meters, multiple sites, or a single site north of 100 MWh/year, your contract belongs on a different panel. We aggregate, package, and tender.

We're paid by the energy retailer when you switch — never by you.

SME vs C&I — which one are you?

Above ~100 MWh/year electricity, retailers stop quoting off published SME rates and start quoting on tender. The tender panel is tighter — typically 4 retailers — but the pricing is sharper. C&I customers usually see 5–15% off an incumbent renewal.

What a C&I tender looks like

  1. Meter data collection. We pull 12 months of interval data from your meter data provider (Yurika, Powermetric, Pluses, or Mondo).
  2. Profile + load factor packaging. We compile your load shape into a tender pack — peak demand, energy by time band, load factor, capacity demand reservation.
  3. Request-for-bid to the panel. SmartestEnergy, Shell Energy C&I, AGL C&I, Origin Enterprise. They bid against each other on apples-to-apples terms.
  4. Single-sheet comparison. Every offer on one page. Energy rate, network passthrough, environmental costs, contract length, exit terms.
  5. Recommend and execute. We tell you which one we'd take. You sign LoA. We switch you.

Multi-site aggregation

Multiple sites under one ABN? Aggregating them into a single tender block usually beats letting each site quote alone — even when individual sites are under 100 MWh. The combined volume buys you C&I treatment.

We've handled aggregations spanning 5–30 sites across SEQ. The mechanics are the same; the package is bigger.

Capacity demand review

Larger sites often have their capacity demand reservation set during fitout and never reviewed. If your actual demand is well below the reservation, you're paying network fees on capacity you don't use. We review and apply to Energex for a reduction where the maths works.

Straight talk on how we get paid

We're paid by the energy retailer when you switch — never by you.

When we move your account to a new retailer, that retailer pays us a commission — partly upfront, partly as a trail while you're with them. Your rate is your rate. There's no markup, no broker fee on your invoice, no monthly subscription.

We disclose the commission existence on every quote. If you want to know the exact dollar amount on a deal, ask. We'll tell you.

This is why we win on transparency: we'd rather show you the maths than dress up the savings.
