2. Quotes and savings claims

Savings figures shown on the website are typical ranges or worked examples — not guarantees. Your actual saving depends on your current contract, your usage profile, and retailer offers available at the time of quoting.

3. Compensation disclosure

Smarta Switch is paid commission by energy retailers when you switch. There are no broker fees on your invoice. Existence of commission is disclosed on every quote; the exact dollar amount is disclosed on request.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — text, branding, design, code — is © Smarta Switch Australia Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted. Don't republish without written permission. Linking to us is fine and welcome.

5. Third-party services

Bill uploads are processed via Tally (tally.so). Analytics via Google Analytics 4. These third parties have their own privacy and terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smarta Switch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
